Tom Jones is a barrister practicing in Sydney and Parramatta and a registered adjudicator pursuant to the various "Security of Payment" statutory regimes enacted in New South Wales, Queensland, Victoria, Tasmania and the Australian Capital Territory.

Tom is available to:

1. Assist with the drafting and preparation of payment claims, payment schedules, adjudication applications, adjudication responses and all necessary written submissions;
2. . Advise generally about the operation of the Security of Payment legislation in New South Wales, Queensland, Victoria, Tasmania and the A.C.T;
3. Advise and appear on applications brought under section 15 of the NSW Act (and applications made under comparable provisions in other jurisdictions);
4. Advise as to enforcement of, and challenges to, existing determinations and decisions; and
5. Advise as to debt recovery.
